Chapter 4: Ketogenic Lunch / Dinner Recipes

Chicken Paprika:

Ingredients:

6 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, chop into chunks

4 tablespoons olive oil

4 tablespoons Spanish smoked paprika

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup

3 teaspoons garlic, minced

Salt to taste

Pepper powder to taste

Method:

Mix together all the ingredients except the chicken to make the sauce.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

Pour 1/3 of the sauce to a casserole dish. Place the chicken pieces on top of it.

Pour the remaining sauce all over the chicken pieces.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degree F for about 30 minutes or until done.

Broil the chicken for 4-5 minutes and serve.
